Since 2005, she has amassed extensive experience working in hospital environments, catering to individuals of all ages. In 2013, she earned a Master’s degree in Adult Nursing, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
Prior to her nursing career, Rita worked as a medical staffing coordinator and support worker, gaining valuable experience across various specialties. Currently, she practices as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, triaging and consulting with patients from home. Her professional journey in the health and social care sector has involved close collaboration with care teams, service users, and their families, providing her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals requiring care.
